These terms describe the use of this storefront and the purchase of products offered here. Read the product details and linked policies before ordering, and keep a copy of the information relevant to your purchase.

Use the store responsibly

You must have the legal capacity or permission required to place an order. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation or unauthorized access. Information provided for an order must be accurate, and content or intellectual property may only be reused where permission or law allows.

Product information and order acceptance

We aim to describe sizes, features, options and prices accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and an inadvertent error may require correction. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an automated receipt alone does not remove the need to verify availability and payment. If a material error or fulfillment problem affects your order, we will explain the available resolution, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

Prices, payment and delivery

The checkout displays the applicable currency, item prices, taxes and delivery charges before payment. Our base currency is USD. The Payment Policy explains authorization and billing issues. Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization, followed by estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; see the Shipping Policy for address, tracking and delivery concerns. Responsibility for a parcel is subject to applicable consumer law.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges for new goods as described in the Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns require new, unused goods in original condition; an item reported as defective or damaged need not be free of that problem. Obtain approval before mailing. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label, and no restocking fee is charged; contact support if the label is missing. We process and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 days after approval, with additional bank posting time possible. Exchanges depend on review and stock.

Rights and changes

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by law and cannot remove mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies. We do not exclude responsibility where the law prevents it.
