What products are available?

Our store offers car washing, paint correction, surface protection, interior care, tools, accessories, and related detailing products.

Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping eligibility and shipping charge are displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery or transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Both defective and non-defective goods may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. For a change of mind, personal preference, or the wrong selection, request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and included materials.

What does a return cost?

A free return label is included in the package. There is no restocking fee, and an unauthorized item must not be mailed back.

What if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect?

Send the order number, checkout email, details of the issue, and photos or video showing the product and packaging.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 days.

Which payment methods can I use?

The supported methods are the options displayed by Shopify Checkout when the purchase is made. Availability can depend on device, location, order, and provider review.
