An order enters processing only after the payment attempt is successfully authorized. The accepted methods are the payment options actually displayed by Shopify Checkout at the time of purchase.
Authorization and review
Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification for a transaction. Accurate billing details are required. A high-risk, incomplete, declined, or unverifiable payment may delay the order or result in cancellation.
Card and account information
Our store does not retain a complete card number in page content or ordinary order records. Payment services process sensitive credentials under their own security controls.
Failed payments and disputes
The issuing bank usually controls declines, authorization holds, currency conversion, chargebacks, and account-specific restrictions. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
